Description

Grease Making Bath Design Capacity : 5 Kg , 10 Kg and 15 Kg Grease by Batch Process. Open Kettle Type Grease Bath : This equipment is used for manufacturing grease on lab scale which can be used by Grease Manufacturers for research and development activities on lab scale. Construction : Outer and inner cylindrical vessel / kettle made with fully stainless steel having designed capacity for grease making. Heating System : Specially Designed Air heates fitted to achieve above ambient temperature. Heaters are inter-connected to the PID output. Heater wiring is done using PTFE coated cables. Stirring System : three phase gear motor having 300 rpm with speed regulator drive system. Temperature Controller and Instrumentation: Fully automatic microprocessor based PID controller having feather touch key board. Display indicating temperature with resolution of 0.1 Celsius. The controller is having splash proof membrane with pt-100 sensor. SALIANT FEATURE : Efficient stirring system. Excellent temperature uniformity in the bath Unit for temperature accuracy ±02 Temperature range : 40 ? to + 275? Power supply : 120 V / 230 ±10 %volt AC, 1 Phase, 50/60 Hz
