Electrically operated having Thermostatic control As per IP 33, 170 & IS 1448 (PT I) For Determination of flash point of petroleum products and mixture having flash point below 49°C ( 120°F ) The apparatus consists of Brass Cup fitted with test flame arrangement. Stirrer is placed for maual stirring during testing. The Outer Jacket of the water bath is fitted with a stand. Heating is by 500 watts coil heater fitted to the stand. ASTM D86 Solvent Distillation Apparatus

ASTM Solvent Distillation Apparatus is used to separate the mixture of liquid solvent and petroleum products. The appratus determines initial boiling point, final boiling point, dry point , % of residue remains and % of material recovered. It consists of a water bath having outer chamber made of epoxy powdear coated.
