Drop Point of Grease Wide High Temperature RangeThe ASTM D2265 dropping point tester is used for high temperature grease testing than the ASTM D566 method. This equipment uses a different heating procedure as compared with ASTM D566.The test cell is inserted in an aluminum block oven maintained at a constant temperature that is higher than the expected dropping point of the sample. The sample temperature then rises to the dropping point without operator control. The equipment can be offered with Two / Four / Six sample testing capability. Maximum Temperature is 400 °C.

Leakage Tendencies of Wheel Bearing Grease tester,As per ASTM D 1263This test method for Grease testing determines the tendency of grease to separate oil or grease under prescribed laboratory operating conditions. The test is performed at a high temperature in a modified automotive spindle-hub assembly rotated at the speed of 660 rpm. Any leakage of oil or grease during the test period is collected and weighed.The equipment is made of stainless steel oven with forced air circulation.The temperature is controlled by PID Controller.The accessories included are Wheel bearing spindle, front wheel hub, driving belt pulley, grease leakage collector, front roller bearing, rear roller bearing.
